For all spa bookings a full payment will be required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation.

Please allow 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling of treatments to avoid a fee of 100% of your service.

Additionally, we require 72 hours' notice to cancel an overnight break, a Spa Day Experience, or a package experience to avoid a 100% charge.

Failure to arrive will result in a 100% charge.
